PROPOSED REVISION IN BYELAWS OF UBPARA M.S.

1.	The present jurisdiction is M.S excluding Mumbai	1.	To extend the jurisdiction (area of operation) of our association to entire Maharashtra including Mumbai to allow the retirees/Pensioners/Ex. Employees of all three Banks from Mumbai to become the members of our association.
2.	No provision for merging of units of other banks which were going to merge in our bank.	2.	Merging the existing units (association) of erstwhile Corporation Bank and Andhra Bank in our association or admitting the retirees/ pensioners /ex. employees of erstwhile corporation Bank and Andhra bank in our associations as per mutually agreed terms between our association and pensioners /Retirees associations of Erstwhile Corporation Bank and Andhra bank.
3.	There were 33 posts (as per old structure before registration and for registration purpose only nine committee members were present so as per registration strength looks nine only) which consists of -Chairman-1 -President-1 -General secretary-1 -Vice presidents-6 -Treasurer-1 - Assit.Treasurer-1 -Joint gene.sectretary-6. -CC members including co-opted members-16. Total=33	3.	We propose 51 posts  as under: A. Executive Committee:(consisting 23 members only) - Chairman-1 - Vice - Chairman-2 -President-1 -Vice-Presidents-6 -Working Presidents-3 -General Secretary-1 -Dy.Gen.Secretary-2 -Organising Secretary-1 -Joint General Secretary-2 -Treasurer-1 -Assit.Treasurer-1 -Techno Experts-1 -Member Relationship Officer-1 Total=23 - Central Committee members-26 -Co-opt Committee members-2 Total-51 members. Note: The posts to the retired staff of erstwhile Corporation Bank and Andhra Bank as well as members from Mumbai be allotted based on the number  of the membership.
4.	Eligibility of membership of our association. Previously only word all retirees residing in area of operation were eligible.	4.	Modification in Eligibility of membership of our association: it is also extended the admission to dismissed employees of our bank including of erstwhile corporation & Andhra Bank.
5.	Modification of executive committee : Previously which was consisting all committee members as working committee.	5.	Modification of executive committee : Proposed definition will be Executive Committee should consist all committee members excluding Central Committee members.
6.	Right to Executive Committee to remove any member/committee member was not clearly defined.	6.	Modification of executive committee : Executive Committee will have right to remove any member /committee member on various grounds which are detrimental to the interest of the association.
